Guide for Course Selection
Seniors are expected to take at least four academic courses
In selecting your courses, keep in mind that two years of modern language, three years of mathematics, and two years of science are minimum requirements for UC admission. However, many colleges and universities prefer at least three years of modern language, three years of science, and four years of mathematics.
English, Gov. Econ, and Social science are graduation requirements.
Art in Society
This upcoming academic year, all students are invited to participate in a Global Arts, Action, and Social Entrepreneurship path. The following is a description:
Distinction in Global Arts, Action, and Social Entrepreneurship
This program is designed for students who want to make a difference and will support students in applying their art to world issues. Students will need to meet certain requirements, such as attending meetings and engaging in community activities. Successful completion of the program will give students a special distinction on their transcript. Check this box if you are interested in being a part of the program.

Honors (in both Spanish and French) requires teacher approval
If a student has already completed one or more years of another foreign language, we can make arrangements for continuation.
mathLAB: Student paced individualized math classes including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II using the Knowre Math online learning platform. Math Lab allows students to move quickly through our required curriculum or to work more slowly than a traditional classroom setting depending on the student’s needs and goals. Classes meet in person and online and include ample opportunity for one on one instruction and tutoring.
One year of Biology and one year of either Chemistry or Physics is required for graduation.
2 years of physical education are required for graduation. Dance and Musical Theatre students are exempt.
