Will was born and raised in sunny southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University, in Phoenix, after which he became an admissions counselor for his alma mater. At GCU he worked with first-generation college students and created a mentoring program for them, helping the institution with retention and student connection. He has also been Director of Admissions for a college prep school in Southern California’s Inland Empire (Riverside and San Bernardino Counties) that was created to help students of color prepare for college. He has worked with students and families from all paths of life. People are his passion and he loves working with young people of every background so they can attain their full potential.
Will and his wife, Katy, have a beautiful young daughter and are expecting their second child.
