Drawing & Painting Intensive

Grow and refine your skills in this two-week, project-driven intensive. Drawing will be taught using observation as a means of investigating line, contour, negative space, volume, light, and composition, and students will learn to use a wide array of media. We will use watercolor to learn color theory and continue to explore composition, color, and technique. Students will also gain valuable insights through one-on-one portfolio discussions, and will complete between three to five paintings and drawings.
Our Visual Arts classes do not require any type of assessment or portfolio to get into the program. Instructors will work with your child at the level that they are at. Your child will improve and learn new skills whether they are a beginner or have been an artist for years.
