This piece of art is about dismantling the traditional notions that surround theatre and the rehearsal process. It is about sharing and healing through art-making when we can’t physically be together. The cast was given the freedom to create on their own terms and in whatever discipline they chose. You will hear songs, see dances, listen to stories, and perhaps will reflect on or create your own. We all have something very important in common: we have all been shaped by our stories.
