To register for an online Auxiliary Program, log in to your CampInTouch account. Click the green pine tree icon to start the Camper Application and select “2021” in the drop-down for the 2020-2021 season. Then, complete the Camper Application questions.
On page 8 (the billing page), your rollover credit will automatically be applied to your account balance. If you rolled over less than the program(s)’ deposit amount, you will still need to pay the deposit(s) to secure you/your child’s spot in the program. Complete the rest of the questions and submit the Camper Application – make sure to press the submit button on Page 9.
Remember, your current family statement reflecting your rollover credit can be viewed anytime on the Financial Management page of your CampIntouch account.
Scholarships and financial aid are available for the online Spring Auxiliary Programs. To apply for a scholarship, fill out the scholarship questions in the Camper Application. After completing the application, you will need to upload a recent federal tax return and any other required documents to your CampInTouch account. Here is a guide to the Camper Application for scholarship applicants.
If you already applied for a scholarship for Summer 2020, you do not need to resubmit the required forms, but should let us know if your family income has recently changed in the Camper Application.

“Thank You! Drawstring Bead & Quill Medicine Pouch was a new experience, my first time taking an online class. I also have never worked with porcupine quills; I was happy for this new understanding. Navajo Loom Beading/Cuff with Jennifer Ben was just as interesting, intricate and fascinating.
I have come away with a very beautiful Beaded Cuff and a very memorable experience. The real perk — taking the classes with my two granddaughters, 14- and 16-years-old.”
