- 10:30am | Arrive to Campus & Follow Check-In Event Signs
- 10:30 – 11:10am | Welcome Reception at Margaret A. Cargill Commons
- 11:20am – 12:00pm | Student Showcase at William M. Lowman Concert Hall
- 12:00pm | Art & Academic Department Chair Introductions at William M. Lowman Concert Hall
- 12:10 – 1:10pm | Lunch with Art & Academic Department Chairs at Margaret A. Cargill Commons
- 1:15pm | Guided Campus Tour
- 2:30pm | Conclude Visit
