Center for Creativity and Social Entrepreneurship

The Center for Creativity and Social Entrepreneurship (CCSE) at Idyllwild Arts is a dynamic hub of innovation and creative exploration. The CCSE cultivates a progressive, inclusive community of thinkers, pioneers, and socially-conscious citizens with expanded access to creative technology and groundbreaking programming. At the intersection of technology and arts, the CCSE empowers learners to transform their thinking, broaden their perspective, unleash their courage, and expand their skills to become transformative agents in the world.

Creative Technology Lab

In 2016, Idyllwild Arts launched the Creative Technology Program to enhance and supplement students’ academic and artistic projects.  Students explore 3D printing, laser cutting, and CNC routing. We are now renovating our laboratory facilities to accommodate even more cutting-edge and state-of-the art technology. This initiative allows our students access to advancements unparalleled at the high school level.

Digital Badging

At Idyllwild Arts, we encourage, empower, and equip all learners to stretch to meet or exceed educational or professional goals, complete outside projects, and learn new skills. To celebrate and recognize these achievements, we provide digital badges that can be shared digitally on social media platforms and be used to strengthen college applications and resumes.

Satellite Programming

The institution of Idyllwild Arts is global by design.  With more than thirty countries represented on our campus, we take immense pride in bringing the world to Idyllwild for collaborative learning experiences, but our commitment extends even beyond our campus borders as we endeavor to bring our unique, life-changing experiences to an even larger global audience. We are creating workshops, programs, and classes to broaden our reach to international markets by providing access to individuals who may not have the opportunity to join us in person.

Idyllwild Arts is teaching students to be critical and creative thinkers, to be problem solvers. That’s what the arts do.
