Registration FAQ’s
To register, simply browse the list of available workshops in Sawyer and select the one you’d like to attend by clicking “More Info” and then “Register.” From there, you’ll be prompted to log in or create a new account to complete your registration.
Once you’ve reviewed the available workshops in Sawyer, you will notice that there are two variations of each. The ‘Day’ option means that you are interested in being a day participant only, which does NOT include room and board. If you select ‘Tuition, Room, and Board,’ you will have on-campus housing and will be directed to answer forms regarding your housing preferences at checkout.

Our refund policy is based on a timeline. In the event you need to cancel a workshop, the date that you cancel will determine the amount Idyllwild Arts is able to refund. The $50 application fee is non-refundable. The Lab Fee is non-refundable if cancellation is within 45 days of the workshop.
- 90 days prior to the start of workshop: Full refund with exception of 3% service fee plus the $50 Application Fee.
- 89- 30 days prior to the start of workshop: 80% refund of cost of program.
- 29- 0 days prior to the start of workshop: No refund.
