Alexis is a new member of Idyllwild arts where she will be a long term substitute for the mathematics department and more specifically the Math Lab class. She was born in Hemet, California where she lives with her fiance Maxwell Hinchliff, who is a Mathematics teacher at Idyllwild Arts. She graduated from California State University, Chico with her Bachelors degree in Child Development with a minor in Mathematics Education.  Alexis’ main focus in her time here is to be of support to any of her students with whatever they may need while also helping guide them in their math journey. She is looking forward to meeting many students and faculty members and hopes to create meaningful relationships along the way.
