Leah Bosworth, our People, Culture, and Engagement Manager, brings 3 decades of experience in international education with a strong background in leadership, teaching, team building, and curriculum development. For the last two years, she has been the Dean of Faculty at Kirby School in Santa Cruz, CA, where her main responsibilities were faculty support and advocacy, recruitment and onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluations. For the decade before that, she worked at IAA as the ESL Chair and the English & Arts Summer Intensive Director. Originally hailing from the United Kingdom, Leah has worked in a breadth of educational settings both in the US and abroad, including Istanbul at Sabanci University and Cyprus at Eastern Mediterranean University. She co-authored and co-edited the publication, A Practical Guide to English Language Curriculum Development in an Academic Context: Creating, Vitalizing, and Evaluating, published by Blackswan Publishing House in 2013.
