New Plays Semi-Staged Readings

This event is the culmination of the New Plays Staged Readings our Idyllwild Arts students performed in the Fall 2024 Semester. The panel selected these plays to be semi-produced. The directors and writers have refined the story, the actors have memorized and blocked the play, and this is the result! This event is always a fun evening of young artists’ stories. The selected plays include:
Babko’s Summer Job by Paul Pavol, directed by Luca Fresnel Mehl
Therapissed by Sophia Wodynski, directed by Camila Huijsmans and Kye Nolan
Silent by Lux Plischke, directed by Jay Atenacio
How Did We Get Here by Oryah Oren, directed by Johanna Zarzar Lee
