Community Day Open House
Join the Admission Team on campus for Community Day, where you’ll experience the essence of Idyllwild Arts. Enjoy a luncheon …
Idyllwild Arts is an intentional community that welcomes different life experiences, perspectives, identities, cultures, abilities and languages. We joyfully aspire and commit ourselves to create a safe environment in which the uniqueness of each person is valued, and everyone is seen, heard, and treated with respect. Art is the greatest teacher of humanity, and we embrace its power to develop empathetic citizens of the world. We thereby will dedicate resources and time to build an inclusive community.
Centrally located between Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, Idyllwild Arts can be reached from regional airports by car. Our picturesque campus is set on 205 acres of pristine pine forest in the renowned arts village of Idyllwild in Southern California’s San Jacinto Mountains.
Idyllwild Arts respectfully acknowledges the Qawishpa Cahuillangnah (also known as Cahuilla Band of Indians) and all nine sovereign Bands of Cahuilla people who have stewarded this land throughout the generations and continue to steward this land for all future generations.
Idyllwild Arts Academy admits students of any sex, race, religion, color, national and ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or gender identification to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion, color, national and ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or gender identification in administration of its educational policies, scholarship and financial planning, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
