Through his inspiring guidance, Dr. Hawkins brings together emerging talent and seasoned artistry in a celebration of creativity, spontaneity, and musical excellence. He encourages students to think on their feet and work together to create their own night of music-making, fostering both individual expression and collective harmony—all grounded in a deep love and respect for the tradition of jazz.
