Please join the Idyllwild Arts Fashion Design Department for a fall showcase, featuring the theme Beyond Scale. 

Scale makes things tangible and visible.
When we face the vastness of the ocean or the endlessness of the sky, both dissolve.

They no longer belong to our grasp, instead, they awaken the imagination, drawing us into the stories hidden beneath their surface.

The relationship between the tangible and the visible is magical.
Our minds travel back and forth, moving between reality and the imaginary world. 

Moments to touch and feel, and moments to close our eyes and dream.

And yet, both exist at once, in the same time, in the same breath.
We wonder, we seek.

When my heart is aligned, I feel both realms together:
breathing as one, blending into each other.
Imagination and reality are coexisting,
woven together in the act of seeing, sensing, and becoming.
