An avid traveler and adventurer, Megan’s love of the outdoors led to a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin. Megan’s career as a science educator has taken her around the world, conducting research at field stations in Central America, developing curriculum for summer camps in China, and leading marine science programs on Catalina Island in southern California. Upon receiving her master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies at St. Catherine University, Minnesota, she focused on developing wellness programming in higher education and served as the Director of Admission for a college of acupuncture. She finds joy and inspiration in connecting students with their artistic and academic passions. Megan now calls Idyllwild home and enjoys mountain living along with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
