Presented by Associates of IAF. Chris Stroud will take us on a tour (virtual or live) of the revamped dining hall and other changes made during the COVID pandemic.  Chris is the Director of Dining Services for Idyllwild Arts and is employed by our provider Culinart, inc.  Chris and his entire team have faced the challenges of the pandemic with all their energies; the dining hall has been reimagined, the idea of self-service and salad bars are now outdated, but the spirit and quality remains if not improved.  If you have attended Associates events, you have tasted the meals prepared and service provided by Chris and his team.
